The inspiration for this design came from a flower called the eastern blue star or also known as Amsonia. This type of flower needs full sunlight and since it's starting to become spring outside, what else is better fitting for a theme other than flowers. 

The blues hues come from the flower which in its respect is blue, this design features long dresses and skirts that can accommodate for the hot sun outside but a lot the nice breeze. Additionally the necklace on the side adds an accessory to be able to dress up the outfit if needed for an event, however, as you can see the outfit can also be dressed down to something casual.
